Shipping Policy 

These are works of art and will be handled accordingly during shipping. The pieces are inpsected and photographed prior to leaving our premises. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your artwork has shipped. Because each piece is unique, packaging and preparation times can vary slightly.

All artworks are shipped with tracking and insurance for loss or significant damage up to AUD $1000 at no additional cost. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and artwork so we can lodge the insurance claim on your behalf. Once a claim is approved, a refund will be made available. 

As per our Terms of Service and Refunds policy, due to the handmade nature of these works and logistical considerations, minor surface variations, texture differences, or small irregularities are deemed features of the artwork and do not constitute defects. Refunds for minor defects are not offered.
